東莞螺絲廠標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)就是規范，每個國(guo)家(jia)(jia)和部(bu)門(men)(men)都有自己的標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。目前，GB—中國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（美標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）DIN—德(de)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ASME—美國(guo)機械工程師(shi)協會標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)JIS—日本國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（日標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)GB—國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是我國(guo)眾多(duo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)中的一種，另外還(huan)有行業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)，專業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和部(bu)門(men)(men)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)等。國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)又分：GB（強(qiang)制性(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）和GB/T（推薦性(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）以及GBn（國(guo)家(jia)(jia)內部(bu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）等。我們平常看(kan)到的像GB30，GB5783等等都是強(qiang)制性(xing)的標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。

以(yi)(yi)上幾種標(biao)準除了一(yi)些基本尺寸(cun)(cun)如頭(tou)部對邊(bian)、頭(tou)部厚(hou)度等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同(tong)以(yi)(yi)外(wai)，最(zui)主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都(dou)有(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位，統稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像(xiang)(xiang)ANSI、ASME等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)美(mei)標(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外(wai)還有(you)一(yi)種BSW—英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)準,其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位，俗稱(cheng)(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位，它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖(jian)角為(wei)(wei)(wei)60度。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖(jian)角也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)60度，而英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖(jian)角為(wei)(wei)(wei)55度。由于計(ji)量單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同(tong)，導致了各種螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)方法也(ye)不盡(jin)相同(tong)。例如像(xiang)(xiang)M16-2X60表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體意(yi)(yi)思(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)16MM，牙(ya)(ya)距為(wei)(wei)(wei)2MM，長度為(wei)(wei)(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體意(yi)(yi)思(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)（一(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)=25.4MM），在一(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)上有(you)20個牙(ya)(ya)，長度為(wei)(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)(cun)。另外(wai)要表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話(hua)一(yi)般會在表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面(mian)加上UNC以(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)此來區別是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗牙(ya)(ya)或是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)(ya)。在平時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中(zhong)，我們最(zui)常遇到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準是(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)）和DIN（德標(biao)）。

東莞螺(luo)絲廠(chang)在生(sheng)產(chan)品方面，主要會接(jie)觸到以(yi)下幾種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)。目(mu)前(qian)GB30（老(lao)國標(biao)）在標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)書(shu)(shu)中(zhong)已被(bei)GB5783（新國標(biao)）所代替。GB52（老(lao)國標(biao)）在標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)書(shu)(shu)中(zhong)已被(bei)GB6170（新國標(biao)）所代替。 在1986年(nian)，國家對標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)件制定(ding)了新標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，一般(ban)俗稱為(wei)(wei)新標(biao)，使用最多的主要有(you)GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)六(liu)角頭粗桿(gan)(gan)半牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，其精(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)產品，可用GB5782來代替（GB5782為(wei)(wei)六(liu)角頭粗桿(gan)(gan)半牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，其精(jing)度等(deng)到級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)B級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)六(liu)角頭全牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，精(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)產品。可用GB5783來代替（GB5783為(wei)(wei)六(liu)角頭全牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，其精(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)B 級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)(gan)半牙(ya)的六(liu)角螺(luo)絲(si)。

新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與老標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)(bie)在(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)上(shang)有所(suo)區別(bie)(bie)。除(chu)M22系(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)產品(pin)外，新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)產品(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)老標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)小(xiao)1MM。分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)13、16、18、21MM ，而(er)M22系(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)產品(pin)，新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)老標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)反(fan)而(er)要(yao)(yao)大2MM，應特別(bie)(bie)注意。對(dui)(dui)于頭(tou)部(bu)厚度(du)，新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)和老標(biao)(biao)(biao)之(zhi)間(jian)略有差別(bie)(bie)，在(zai)要(yao)(yao)求不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)嚴(yan)格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下可以通(tong)用。 新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)(bie)在(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)規格(ge)，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)上(shang)有所(suo)差別(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)要(yao)(yao)小(xiao)1MM。而(er)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)產品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)，其(qi)頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)要(yao)(yao)大2MM ，其(qi)它的(de)(de)(de)(de)均可通(tong)用。

東(dong)莞螺(luo)絲廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)六角(jiao)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)標準有(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)它們之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)區別有(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)比GB52、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)，俗(su)稱(cheng)為(wei)厚(hou)(hou)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)。另外就(jiu)(jiu)是對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)區別，M8的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)都是13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)(yao)小(xiao)1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)17MM，比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)19MM比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)(yao)大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)22MM比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)(yao)大1MM。另外就(jiu)(jiu)是M22的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)(yao)小(xiao)2MM。（GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172除了其(qi)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)不(bu)一樣外，對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)完(wan)全(quan)一樣）其(qi)余規格在(zai)不(bu)考慮厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下，可以通用。

螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)規范(fan)在(zai)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)方面，國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中有(you)兩個(ge)版本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)(wei)GB70—76，76年版本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)(wei)GB70—85，85年版本，東莞螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)廠現(xian)執行DIN912的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，所以(yi)在(zai)實際業務(wu)操(cao)作(zuo)中應注(zhu)意區別(bie)：其中GB70—85與DIN912完全重(zhong)合，故對(dui)(dui)于使用(yong)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)情況，不(bu)(bu)存(cun)在(zai)著差別(bie)，主要(yao)是GB70—76與DIN912之間(jian)有(you)所區別(bie)：M8系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產品，GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)12.5MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie),M10系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產品,GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)15MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)16.27要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie),M12系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)18MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊18.27要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie),另像M16、M20系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)比DIN912的(de)(de)要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)0.33MM，分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)則分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)24.33MM和30.33MM。另外老標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)之間(jian)的(de)(de)內(nei)對(dui)(dui)邊寬(kuan)度(du)由于標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)不(bu)(bu)同而(er)不(bu)(bu)同，GB70—76的(de)(de)內(nei)對(dui)(dui)邊要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)，在(zai)業務(wu)作(zuo)業中也應加以(yi)注(zhu)意。 另外，平時(shi)可能會(hui)用(yong)到的(de)(de)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)也有(you)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)區別(bie)，在(zai)此(ci)也作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)說明，在(zai)國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中，有(you)兩種(zhong)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，即GB12（小(xiao)(xiao)半圓(yuan)頭(tou)方頸(jing)(jing)螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)）和GB14（大半圓(yuan)頭(tou)方頸(jing)(jing)螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)），平時(shi)在(zai)市面上較常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)還有(you)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)DIN603。東莞螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)廠對(dui)(dui)這三(san)者(zhe)加以(yi)區別(bie)：對(dui)(dui)于圓(yuan)頭(tou)頸(jing)(jing)，在(zai)同一(yi)(yi)規格比較時(shi)是：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常(chang)在(zai)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)使用(yong)時(shi)，往(wang)往(wang)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)頭(tou)頸(jing)(jing)大而(er)厚，所以(yi)DIN603馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)完全符合要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。
